Tongue care forms part of good oral hygiene. The bacteria that cause bad breath are not only found in the interdental spaces, but also in the ridges in the dorsum surface of the tongue.
CURAPROX CTC 203 "duo-pack" with one single bladed cleaner plus one double bladed tongue cleaner are perfectly shaped to fit everybody's needs. The rounded end minimises the choking effect enormously.
For daily care of the tongue, for removal of the bacteria in the fissures in the dorsum of the tongue. With two different scraping ridges.
Single row: for daily cleaning.
Double row: especially for thorough and deep cleaning.
The coating on the tongue is the main cause of bad breath. The slightly yellow coating is the perfect culture medium for odour producing bacteria because bacteria can deposit in the fissures of the tongue and produce sulphur gas under the exclusion of oxygen.
The solution Clean your tongue daily with a tongue cleaner. That is the first important step to fight bad breath. You will feel the difference after the very first application.
Remove the coating on your tongue every morning. Scrape the whole dorsum from as far back as possible to the front.
