This agreement contains the terms and purchasing policies regarding our website, www.curaprox.ca between you ('Customer' and / or the people that you represent) and Dentalink Enterprise Inc. Please read these online terms and conditions: they contain important information about your rights and obligations as well as the limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
By placing an order, you signify that you have read and understood this agreement and have agreed to the terms of its implications and its policies legally binding you according to the applicable laws and regulations.
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply click on the "add to cart" button. When you are done shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your order. Although you can order 24/7, we ship on business days only. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the destination - you will be sent tracking information once your order is shipped.
Our policy is not to sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
We accept all orders over $20, shipping and taxes not included.
You can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD. We also accept money orders and personal cheques sent by mail (they should be made payable to Entreprise Dentalink Inc.). If paying by personal cheque, please allow three weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time.
All prices and other amounts appearing on our Web site are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes of your province of residence will be applied for any purchase.
Our shipping method is via Canada Post. We try to ship as fast as we can (no more than a few days), but when we are experiencing high volume or a shortage, shipping might take longer. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse.
Regular shipping is free with any order of $75 and more (cost of products before any taxes and shipping fees).

We do not ship internationally.
If your order is returned to us because the address you gave is wrong, we will contact you in order to get your new address. We will then request that you pay the full cost of shipping the products back to you. Unfortunately, in trying to keep our prices low for your benefit, we cannot afford paying shipping fees twice. The prices you pay for shipping are often already lower than what it actually costs us. Thank you for understanding.
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via E-mail and advised of the expected shipping date of the back ordered item. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a back ordered item, please contact us by e-mail.
Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to Dentalink Enterprise Inc. immediately. We always purchase shipping insurance so if you think your order was damaged during shipping, please let us know. All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned.
You may return any item you purchased from Dentalink Enterprise Inc. for a full refund of applicable charges within 30 days of the date records. The items must be in the original new condition with all materials, paperwork, accessories intact and in their original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may not be returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item.
First notify us by e-mail of your intention to return an item. Include name, order number, order details. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer unless we made a mistake with your order. Keep the tracking number for your records and send it to us by e-mail. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. For your protection you might consider purchasing insurance for the value of the item returned.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the credit. If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount. If you paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a cheque from Dentalink Enterprise Inc. for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the returned product has been received.
Dentalink Enterprise Inc. guarantees all goods against manufacturing or workmanship defects detected within 10 days of the date records indicating that you have successfully received your order (please visit our Shipping and Returns section for details on how to return a defective product). We cannot be responsible for damage occurring during the expedition. Contact your shipping agent for more details.
Products are described as accurately and appropriately as possible in order to ensure that a customer understands the product she or he is ordering. The descriptions, data, pictures, and information on our website are intended to be accurate at time of upload to our site. All information is subject to change without notice.
Colours are represented as realistically as possible, but colour variations of product images or colour swatches are outside of our control because software, hardware and Internet connections can alter the appearance of colours.
